Pandora

The ‘Pandora’ wind power electronic plant is located in Alta, in the middle of the American continent. In this post-apocalyptic world where water and oil are scarce, the wind seems to be the only way for people to create energy. This huge wind power plant was originally built by the state government after the nuke-war and was later invaded by Rattlesnake-the cold blood wasteland Gangsters. They build their city around Pandora and establish their own way to trade and rule.
